Liugong boss declares the equipment recession is over
Mr. Wang Xiaohua, chairman of Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co, speaking exclusively to China Daily, said: "Whereas most of the developed nations are thinking in terms of several years of falling output, the Chinese construction equipment recession seems to have lasted only about 90 days."
